Marine salt for R/O and tap water

Due to the excellent homogeneity and even grain size, sera marin salt quickly and without any residues dissolves into crystal clear marine water. It provides natural GH and KH levels, and contains plenty of calcium and magnesium in biologically correct amounts.

The pH value will precisely and reliably remain in the correct range due to the natural buffer system in sera marin salt. Due to a special process, sera marin salt contains the trace elements in a way that keeps them permanently in solution and thus keeps them available for a long time.

sera marin salt does not contain any substances that artificially stimulate protein skimmer activity. It is nitrate, silicate and phosphate free.

Sera (sea salt without nitrates, phosphates and without silicates) contains calcium and all the trace elements necessary for the successful breeding of ornamental algae and lower resins in seawater. It contains a complex of special substances supporting the elimination of harmful substances such as heavy metals and copper. It dissolves quickly and without deposits. With a natural buffering system, it ensures an optimal constant pH value.

Instructions for use:dissolve Sera marin salt (approx. 33 g per liter of water) up to a water density of 1.022 and 1.024 g/ml in a container in treated water (osmosis) or tap water without chlorine, aerate for 24 hours or mix properly with a submersible pump to reach oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Warning:Do not dissolve sea salt directly in a working aquarium!

We recommend changing 5-10% of the aquarium content monthly, also treating the water with sera aquatan and sera bio reef clear – you will achieve better water quality.

When setting up a new aquarium, treat the water withSera aquatanandSera bio reef clearand let the aquarium with the connected equipment (pumps, heaters, filter…) in operation for at least 14 days to biologically stabilize before stocking it with fish.
