Customers can now schedule online appointments to get one on one assistance from one of our staff via a video call utilizing Zoom. During your appointment, a staff member will use the video call to show you any available items that you are interested in as well as answer any fish keeping related questions you may have. If you are interested in purchasing any of the fish you see during your appointment, please make an order through the website as normal. FISH WILL NOT BE CAUGHT DURING THE APPOINTMENT. You can request to purchase a specific fish, but there is no guarantee. This is due to time limitations and space limitations as we do not have space to separate the fish you purchase until they are sent out. We will always make an attempt to send the best specimens of each fish for every order.

You are welcome to utilize your time however you like whether it be discussing care, looking for stock recommendations, or looking at specific fish you are interested in. However, you will be limited to 30 minutes unless consecutive appointments are also booked so please keep your available time in mind.Customers cannot book more than two online appointments for the same day.

Be sure to be on time for your appointment as the time will not be extended for being late. If you need to change your appointment time, you will need to email us at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance otherwise. Missed appointments without proper notice will not be refunded. These rules are in place to ensure that other customers’ appointment times are not cut into and our staff have time to prepare for the next appointment. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

To best utilize your time, it is recommended to have a clear idea of which fish you would like to view or which questions you have ahead of time. Emailing a list of fish you are interested in as well as any topics you would like to discuss to us ahead of time will help with best utilizing your time as we will be able to have locations written down at the ready as well as ensure you are paired with the right staff member.

The $30 deposit reserves your time slot and and is non-refundable. This deposit does not count toward the $50 order minimum for orders that require shipping. For any inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].
