Microsorum pteropus on Mini Lava has been grown to create this amazing looking piece for your planted aquarium. Keeping a plant this way is a bit different to the rest but it looks quite spectacular – you see all Microsorium need to be grown on wood or rock (and not planted).

This aquarium plant is hardy which means that it’s suitable for beginners and up. It doesn’t need much care – not too much light and some fertilisers such as Neutro T and Neutro CO2. Simple place the rock where you want it and you have an instant centre piece! If you decide you don’t like where it is, all you need to do is move it.
